To provide conference attendees with a great selection of hotels we are pleased to collaborate with Visit Belfast to secure a special EASM2023 rate. Delegates should contact the hotels directly to make any bookings needed. Delegates can also check the green accreditation status of hotels at Green accreditation accommodation in Belfast – (81% of all hotel bedrooms in Belfast City hold an independent, third party, green accreditation showing their commitment to sustainable practices).

The EASM rates cover stays from 11-16 Sep at a nightly rate of £150 for single occupancy bed and breakfast and £170 for double occupancy bed and breakfast. A £50 deposit per room is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable on check-in. Any rooms being held for EASM 2023 will be released 6 weeks prior to the event if not booked by then.
